Fitness on the Run was founded on a simple premise: women are busier than ever, and traditional gyms aren’t serving our schedules or our comfort levels.
I am a certified personal trainer dedicated to empowering women through strength, movement, and confidence. I don’t believe in crash diets or grueling, unsustainable workouts. I believe in functional fitness that makes you feel energized, strong, and ready to tackle whatever your day throws at you.
